Journal Cover: Coral Crisis

Due to climate change, temperatures have been rising towards dangerous levels. Ocean life are particularly sensitive to these changes, especially coral reefs. The rapid increases in temperature results in coral bleaching which affects a whole ecosystem since these reefs provide shelter/cover. This will eventually trickle down to coral morbidity and mortality. There is a great need for Immediate action globally to reduce carbon emissions to avoid damaging reefs further.
